Meter North LTD are a meter reading company formed in April 2021.
Meter North is involved in the delivery of electric meter reading services across the Northern region. The areas covered by the company include, Donegal, Sligo, Galway, Mayo, Cavan and Monaghan. A recent addition is Clare in the southern region.The Meter North team consists of approximately 30 experienced reader’s. Across the team we have an average of 21 years’ experience.
Our contacts range from domestic, commercial customers, local authority engineers, caretakers, property management companies, auctioneer and estate agents, local authority water and waste treatment facilities. This ensures an unrivalled return of ongoing successful meter reads which in turn meets the targets required by ESB Networks and the energy regulator.
Meter North currently holds the contract to supply electric meter reading services to ESB Networks. We continually aspire to a high quality service in terms of our meter reading and wider contact centre work. Our approach is to work in partnership with ESB to support their service delivery. We regard ourselves as an important part of ESB’s supply chain and seek to provide quality in support of their delivery.
Our Quality Management and Control Policy and System is designed to cover everything we do in terms of the meter reading service we provide, our compliance processes and how we engage with customers. We offer a fully integrated approach whereby our quality management system is embedded in how we deliver on meter reading. We can offer reporting on key areas of quality control and management including ensuring monitoring and compliance.
The directors of Meter North LTD are Brian Gallagher, Sligo and Brendan O’Brien, Monaghan.
Both Brendan and Brian have been involved in meter reading for over 25 year’s and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company, Brian and Brendan have a long association working successfully in conjunction with ESB Networks.
