Our objective is to provide professional and compliant services related to reading of electrical meters for residential, commercial, and/or industrial customers within the service area.

We conduct scheduled manual readings as per utility cycle (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly).

• Record consumption data accurately using handheld devices.

• Report anomalies (e.g., zero readings, tampering, meter not found).

• Submit readings to the utility’s data management system in specified formats.

• Diagnose and resolve issues including communication errors, reading faults, or damage.

• Completion of work within agreed timelines.

• Minimum 98% data accuracy rate for readings submitted.

• Prompt reporting of hazards, damaged equipment, or customer issues.
